Frequently Asked Questions
What is a racing simulator experience? +
A racing simulator experience is a themed driving session on our full-motion rigs (Sigma Integrale platform, Simucube 2 or Simagic GT Neo wheel, Heusinkveld pedals, triple 39-inch 165Hz displays). Each experience pairs a curated car category — F1, GT3, Le Mans, drift, NASCAR, touge — with the matching laser-scanned tracks and the right wheel, pedals, and seating position so it feels authentic, not generic.
What types of racing experiences do you offer? +
We run F1 hot laps, GT3 endurance, Le Mans Hypercar, NASCAR oval racing, drift (Formula D-style), Japanese touge mountain passes, rally, hillclimb, time attack, vintage F1, and IndyCar. Every experience is themed end-to-end — car, track, livery, on-screen overlays, and operator briefing all match. Browse all 35+ at /experiences.
Can I pick the exact experience I want for my event? +
Yes. Tell us what your guests respond to (most pick F1, GT3, or drift) and we lock that experience into the rig before delivery. You can also mix: one rig running F1 hot laps, another running drift, and a third running GT3 endurance — all on the same event. See /pricing for per-rig rates.
Are these experiences good for beginners? +
Yes. Every rig has driver assists (traction control, ABS, automatic shifting) that we tune to skill level on the fly. A first-time driver can lap consistently within 5 minutes. Experienced sim racers can turn off all assists and run telemetry. Our on-site operators coach guests in real time.
Do you offer group or competitive racing experiences? +
Yes. Most events run as a tournament with a live leaderboard projected on a big screen — guests compete for fastest lap, prizes go to top 3. We can run head-to-head multi-rig races (up to 10 simulators linked), team relay formats, or open free-play. See /case-studies for past corporate tournament builds.
Can experiences be themed or branded for a specific event? +
Yes. Brand activations get custom car liveries (your logo on the F1 car), branded shrouds on the pod, branded leaderboard overlays, and a track curated to your brand story. Partners like Red Bull, Heineken, and Rolex have used our themed experiences — see /partners for the brand list.
What is the difference between motion and non-motion experiences? +
Full-motion experiences (on the Sigma Integrale 2DOF/3DOF platform) physically tilt and bounce the cockpit to simulate g-forces, kerbs, and crashes — closer to a real track day. Non-motion experiences use the same wheel, pedals, and visuals but a static seat. Motion rents at $2,750/day, non-motion at $1,750/day. See /full-motion-vs-static-racing-simulator for the breakdown.
How many people can race in one experience session? +
One driver per rig. Sessions are typically 5-7 minutes each so a single rig serves about 8 guests per hour. For groups of 50+ we recommend 3-5 rigs to keep queues short. We can deliver up to 10 simulators per event — order 10+ and get 1 free (see /pricing).
