Delivery is free within 150 miles of Miami. Beyond 150 miles, we quote transportation as a fixed line item based on mileage, fuel, and overnight crew expenses. A typical Naples or Orlando delivery adds $400–$900; cross-country events are quoted case by case.

Yes. We've shipped simulators to Las Vegas, Austin, Indianapolis, and dealership openings across the US. National jobs typically require 2–4 weeks of lead time so we can coordinate transport, on-site crew, and insurance certificates for the destination state.

The Keys and Naples fall inside our 150-mile free-delivery radius from Miami — no surcharge. Orlando (~230 miles) and Tampa (~280 miles) are quoted with a transportation fee. We've done dozens of events in all four markets, including dealerships, hotels, and corporate offices.

Each rig needs roughly an 8'×6' footprint and standard 120V power. Full-motion rigs are 6.5' tall, so check ceiling clearance. We do free venue assessments via photo or in-person walkthrough for events of 4+ rigs. Hotel ballrooms, dealership showrooms, office lobbies, and tented outdoor spaces all work well.
