We deliver full-motion racing simulators to 402 neighborhoods across 58 cities in South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Most South Florida neighborhoods are within 60 minutes of our Miami warehouse. We arrive 1.5-2 hours before your event start time, set up and calibrate every rig, and run a full systems check before the first guest. For multi-rig events (3+ simulators) we arrive 3 hours early. Yes — we run rooftop, balcony, and high-rise condo events constantly in Brickell, Edgewater, and Sunny Isles. We need elevator access (every rig fits in a standard freight elevator), 8ft x 6ft of clear floor space per rig, and a standard 15A outlet. For full-motion rigs on upper floors we ask about floor load ratings; the Sigma Integrale platform weighs about 450 lbs.

Some HOAs and condo buildings require certificates of insurance (COIs) for vendors — we provide them at no charge with 48 hours notice. Gated communities sometimes require us to be added to a guest list before delivery. We do not need permits for indoor events; outdoor / public-space events may need a permit depending on the city (we help coordinate). See /privacy-policy for our COI process.

Yes. Delivery, setup, on-site operators, and teardown are included within 150 miles of Miami — that covers every neighborhood we list. Locations beyond 150 miles (Tampa, Naples, Orlando, the Keys) are quoted with a one-time transportation fee. See /pricing for the full breakdown.

Minimum 48 hours lead time for any rig. For larger events (10+ simulators) or custom branding (wraps, branded shrouds) we recommend 2-4 weeks. Holidays and F1 Miami weekend book out 4-8 weeks in advance. Call (754) 228-5654 to check availability for your date.

Yes — we deliver nationally for brand activations, F1-adjacent events, and corporate roadshows. National pricing is quoted with a transportation fee that covers truck, fuel, lodging, and per-diem for the crew.
