Do I need a reservation, or can I just walk in? +
Both work. Walk-ins are welcome any time during open hours and you'll be in a rig within 10–15 minutes (faster on weekdays). For groups of 4 or more, or for special events like league nights and F1 watch parties, we strongly recommend reserving in advance so we can hold rigs for you.

Can I book Shift Arcade for a private group or party? +
Yes. Shift Arcade hosts birthday parties, bachelor parties, corporate team building, F1 watch parties, and full venue buyouts. For larger off-site events — anywhere in South Florida — we recommend booking SimsForHire to deliver simulators to your venue instead.
What ages are welcome at Shift Arcade? +
Kids, teens, and adults are all welcome. Drivers should be tall enough to reach the pedals (usually around age 8+), though kids' birthdays are a regular booking and we'll dial in the experience for younger drivers. F1 watch parties and league nights skew adult.
I've never raced before — what should I expect on my first visit? +
Plan for 30–45 minutes total. Our staff briefs you on the controls, picks a forgiving car (Porsche GT4 or BMW M4 GT3) and a friendly track (Suzuka or Watkins Glen), then puts you in the rig. Most first-timers are turning competitive laps inside their second session. Bring friends — racing is more fun with a leaderboard.
